Heathrow Airport - Environmental Management
The Engineering Environmental team is responsible for managing and implementing over 15 environmental permits. This requires the implementation of processes and operations to ensure compliance and deliver the requirements of each permit.
The Engineering Director decided that the most effective way to successfully deliver the above is through an Environmental Management System that is certified to ISO 14001

Customer Benefits
We developed and implemented a Process Management System that successfully manages 80% of the environmental impact of Heathrow Airport. This contributes significantly to achieving the targets set in Heathrow's Sustainability Strategy.
The Environmental management System was the platform that enabled Heathrow to launch multiple change projects to improve Heathrow's carbon and water footprint.
We provide continued support to assure and demonstrate compliance to the Environmental Agency through the Environmental Management System processes.
