tQM Professionals first engaged with Nomad Digital Ltd back when the company was establishing its presence in the UK market.
Our challenge was to provide assurance to Nomad's customers that the company had the operational capability to develop, install and maintain its innovative products. Our mandate was to define and set up the company's processes to deliver quality products and services.
Project Requirement
The project requirements were delivered in a multi-staged approach to allow for implementation of sustainable solutions and assess process maturity:
